Not a better women's conference.
A better conference. Period.
100 women running companies, leading teams, or scaling something that matters. Every application read by hand.
01 / The Problem
You don't need another conference. You need a room that does the work alongside you.
02 / How It Works
The application is the filter. Sixty to seventy percent acceptance. We are building a room, not selling tickets.
Pre-matched pods based on what you are building and what you need. Curated by Kelley and the Momentum Advisory Council. Not random. Not algorithmic.
The pods keep going after the event ends. Real facilitation, prompts that do not go stale, structure that actually holds.
03 / The Nine Moments
01
A financial planner runs your real numbers in real time. Not theory. Yours.
02
Pitch your business to a real mentor who has actually done it.
03
Live tool demo on the actual problem you brought. Leave with it solved.
04
Pre-matched 1:1 conversations. No name tag roulette.
05
You teach your superpower. You learn someone else's. Peer to peer.
06
Self-defense. Time architecture. Breathwork. Pick one. Or all three.
07
Twelve women. One table. Chef driven. Facilitated. The depth happens here.
08
A surprise evening at an off-site venue. You will know it when you are there.
09
Mentorship matching with local university students. The room gives back.
What makes New Orleans New Orleans is its creativity, its resilience, its authenticity. None of which you can learn in a Marriott in Dallas. You step into the version that built its reputation. Not the version on the corporate retreat site.
04 / The Pods
Bring your superpower. Borrow someone else's.
Hand placed by the Advisory Council. Complementary needs and complementary expertise. The strategist is not put with other strategists. She is put with women who need strategy.
The connection does not end when the event does. With prompts, structure, and a facilitator from the cohort who has a real toolkit, not a calendar invite and a prayer.
A system that does not go quiet by Thanksgiving. Templated calendar. Pre-written prompts. Real accountability. The kind of structure that holds when life gets in the way.
05 / The Proof
Then I watched my inbox fill up with senior women saying "where do I sign up." Here is what one post did.
Senior women are starving for a room that takes them seriously. This is that room.
06 / Who Is In The Room
"I am scaling something real. I need peers who do not need the basics explained."
"I run a team at a Fortune 500 and I am quietly building something on the side. I need a room that holds both."
"I do not need a workshop. I need the women who are already past where I am going."
07 / Momentum Dinners
Jeffrey's. Twelve women. Mix and mingle, then a seated dinner with the Get format. Applications open.

Fourteen years producing events for the rooms that cannot afford to go wrong. NBA. Formula 1. LVMH. Aramco. Google. Gainbridge. She has seen what works and what does not, in every category of conference, summit, and high-stakes gathering this industry produces.
Momentum is the application of everything she has learned, built from the inside out by someone who has been in the room the entire time. But it is not a solo act. The Advisory Council shapes the room, the dinners are led by the women in them, and the attendees themselves set what the collective tackles together.
"The women who run companies, lead teams, or scale something that matters know they go further with the right women beside them. So we are building the conference that should exist."
