Most conferences send you home with a notebook full of ideas and no time to use them.

Momentum is built the opposite way. You tell us what you need. We pre-match the room. You leave with the help, the people, and the next step already in motion.

This is for women running companies, leading teams, or scaling something that matters. Whether you're a founder figuring out how to grow, an enterprise leader building influence inside a large org, or a veteran operator looking for a room that finally keeps up. Every moment is designed around what you and the rest of the women in this room actually need. Not a better women's conference. A better conference. Period.

This isn't a conference you attend. It's one you help build.

01How It Works

You tell us what you're building.
We build the room around it.

Every woman applies with two things: what she's great at (her Give), and what she needs right now (her Get). We take it from there.

01 You tell us what you're building. Your role, your stakes, the thing you're actually working on right now.
02 You tell us where you need help. An intro, a pressure-test, a sounding board, a hire, a hard conversation you need to rehearse.
03 We match the room before you arrive. Every Moment, every dinner, every one-on-one is placed for you on purpose.

Every conversation in the room was designed for you. Nobody wanders. Everybody gets matched.

02The Landscape

Women are building at record pace.
The rooms haven't kept up.

49%
Of new businesses are
started by women
14.2M
Women-owned
businesses in the US
$2.8T
In annual
revenue
2.4%
Of VC funding goes
to female founders

Momentum exists to close the gap.

03What Happens at Momentum

Every session is yours.
Built around what you're working on right now.

The Wealth Moment A financial advisor works on your actual numbers. You leave with a plan, not a pamphlet.
The Pitch Moment Pitch your real business to a real mentor. Get feedback that changes how you talk about what you do.
The Build Moment A live demo on your actual problem. You walk out knowing the tool because you just used it.
The Exchange Peer-to-peer micro-sessions. You teach your superpower. You learn someone else's. The room IS the content.
The Wellness Moments Self-defense. Time architecture for your week. Breathwork + journaling. Self-care that builds you up, not touches you up.
Intimate Dinners 12 women. One table. A chef-driven venue. Facilitated. Private. The dinner you'll still be thinking about on Monday.
The Next Gen Moment Intern + mentorship matching with young women from local universities. Every woman in this room got here because someone opened a door. This is how we open the next one.
04After the Three Days

The conference is how the room comes together.
The cohort is what you keep.

Quarterly Dinners Curated 8-12 person dinners in your city. Same Give/Get logic. The work doesn't stop in April.
A Private Channel Closed group. Real names. Active asks. Real intros. No LinkedIn theater.
A Direct Line Kelley is one DM away. Use it for an intro, a sounding board, or the ask you don't want to make publicly.
Annual Homecoming Year two. Year three. Year five. The room re-convenes. New seats added. Old seats earned again.

First year of cohort access is included with your seat. Annual membership keeps you in.

05Who's in the Room

The 100 women we're building around.

A Fortune 500 VP of Marketing closing her team's biggest year.

A founder mid-Series B who needs a CMO intro by June.

A Chief of Staff at a PE firm figuring out her next move.

An enterprise operator running P&L for an eight-figure business unit.

A second-time founder who sold her last company and is quietly building her next.

Composite archetypes from the Founding Attendee pool. The room is being built right now.

Surround yourself with women who would mention your name in a room full of opportunity.

This is the room.

07Starting May 2026

Before the room comes together,
the dinners do.

From May through October, we're hosting 12-person dinners in New York, San Francisco, Austin, Raleigh, and New Orleans. Chef-driven venues. No panels. No programming. No sponsors pitching. Just a table of women who belong in the same room.

This isn't a networking dinner. Every woman at your table was handpicked using the same filter we'll use for Momentum itself. You're not meeting strangers. You're meeting the room.

You show up. You meet 11 other women. If it clicks, you get a Founding Attendee invite before applications open to the public.

12 women. One table. This is where the Momentum list gets built.

What Happens Next

You're not paying anything.
You're raising your hand.

Step 1
Submit the form. Costs nothing. Commits to nothing. Thirty seconds.
Step 2
Our Founding Advisory Members review the list. They decide who gets invited to the lead-up dinners. The shortlist gets built there.
Step 3
When applications open, you get first look. Founding Attendee pricing ($2,500, first 25 only) or Regular ($3,500) is presented then. No money moves until you're accepted and you say yes.
Step 4
New Orleans. April 2027. Three days in the room you helped build.

About sponsors: yes, the Wealth, Pitch, and Build Moments are sponsor-delivered. That's the design. Sponsors who can do the actual work, not sponsors who can buy a booth. Founding sponsor slots are limited, hands-on, and built into the experience. No booths. No banners. No expo hall.

The Producer

Kelley Troia.

Kelley Troia is the Founder and CEO of Clandestine Events + Experiences. For fourteen years, she has designed the rooms where high-stakes corporate decisions get made. NBA All-Star Weekend. Formula 1. Google. LVMH. Aramco. Plus leadership retreats, national sales meetings, and executive dinner series for clients like Delta Dental, Gainbridge, Hyosung, Teleflex, Chicago Faucets, and Root Insurance. Companies whose reputations depend on how the evening lands.

She founded Clandestine in New Orleans, and the city shaped the entire ethos of the business. New Orleans cares for its cultural detail with a kind of discipline and passion most places don't. Every neighborhood, every room, every meal treats the small choices as the important ones. That is the standard Clandestine was built on, and it is why this conference is in New Orleans and nowhere else.

Before Clandestine, Kelley spent 8.5 years at Walmart and Whole Foods establishing the Marketing Operations practice at both retailers. That, plus an audio production background, taught her that a room's energy is engineered, not accidental.

Based in the Austin metro. Works nationally. Answers the question most event producers never think to ask: what is supposed to happen in this room, and what has to be true for that to be possible?
