When you apply to attend Momentum, we collect your name, email, LinkedIn URL, company information, and your responses to our application questions. That's it.
Your information is used to review your application, curate the guest list, and communicate with you about Momentum. If you're selected, we may use your title and industry (never your name or contact details) in aggregate form to show sponsors the caliber of the room.
We will never sell your information. We will never share your name, email, or contact details with sponsors, partners, or anyone else. Period. Sponsors receive aggregate audience data only -- titles, industries, company sizes. Never individual identities.
Your application is reviewed by the Momentum team at Clandestine Events + Experiences. That's Kelley Troia and a very small team. No one else.
Your application data is collected through Tally.so and stored securely. We do not store payment information (there is no payment required to apply).
You can request to see, update, or delete your information at any time by emailing kelley@clandestine-events.com.
