What We Collect
When you apply to attend Momentum, we collect your name, email, LinkedIn URL, company information, and your responses to our application questions. That is it.
How We Use It
Your information is used to review your application, curate the guest list, and communicate with you about Momentum. If you are selected, we may use your title and industry (never your name or contact details) in aggregate form to show sponsors the caliber of the room.
The Promise
We will never sell your information. Period.
What We Will Never Do
We will never share your name, email, or contact details with sponsors, partners, or anyone else. Sponsors receive aggregate audience data only. Titles, industries, company sizes. Never individual identities.
Who Sees Your Application
Your application is reviewed by Kelley Troia and the Momentum Advisory Council. A small group of senior women who study every application carefully. No one else.
Data Storage
Your application data is collected through Tally.so and stored securely. We do not store payment information. There is no payment required to apply.
Your Rights
You can request to see, update, or delete your information at any time. Email hello@momentum-build.com.
